The RoleWe are looking for a creative, data-savvy Marketing Coordinator to drive our international and local campaigns. You will manage social media, content, SEO, email marketing, branding, and analytics, while collaborating with our teams to deliver measurable results.

What You will Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and more
  • Create engaging content—blogs, videos, visuals, newsletters—for both Asian and NZ audiences
  • Analyse marketing performance (Google Analytics, dashboards) to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Support branding consistency and local marketing for short courses and events
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and assist the CEO on strategic initiatives

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years in digital marketing, content creation, social media, or branding
  • Experience running multi-market campaigns and localised content
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with dashboards and metrics
  • Excellent English communication; Asian language skills a plus (Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese)
  • Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Project coordination experience
  • CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic design/content tools (Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)
