Te Mahi/About the Position Permanent full-time position, based in our Christchurch office. Usual hours of work will be rostered over seven days, including weekend and evening shifts, between the hours of 7:00am and 9:30pm. You will play a key role in the organisation, liaising with both clients, support workers and internal support services to provide a consistent and quality service. Key Aspects: Proactively utilising the client management computer system, service coordinators will work as a team to ensure: - support worker rosters are accurate and timely - visits are scheduled effectively and in line with service requirements - all support worker leave is managed effectively - an up-to-date and 'live' overview of service delivery is maintained at all times - effective and timely communication with clients and workforce, including proactively responding to queries or concerns Working with the Community Services Team Leaders and Service Manager, the successful applicant will have a great rapport with all clients and staff and will assist with proactive management of any performance issues. He momo/About you To be successful in this role, you will have recent experience working with staff and clients either in the healthcare sector, or in a role where you have used computer systems to allocate workloads, problem solve and think critically, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
