Digital Growth Manager, North Shore

A growing lead generation agency, with clients across ANZ, Europe and North America are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join the team.

This agency has an interesting model which results in incremental growth within the role, and a focus on quality over quantity of accounts.

In the role as Digital Growth Manager, you will own client relationships, develop strategy and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn. If you're looking for a role with autonomy and clear career growth, this could be the role for you

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pod of accounts, working closely with company CEO's, Owners, and General Managers to identify objectives, define strategy and manage expectations.
  • Build digital campaigns across Google AdWords, Meta & LinkedIn and optimise for lead generation success.
  • Create website content for PPC campaign optimisation that complements SEO best practices.
  • Set up campaign tracking and deliver insights to clients through analysis and reporting. GA4 & GTM experience essential.
  • Be curious about the latest technologies and how they could add value to the team and clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent understanding of tracking, reporting and data analysis.
  • A good understanding of SEO & CRM best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management. You'll have the ability to manage multiple accounts, multiple channels and reporting insights.
  • Business acumen needed. Can you influence and challenge senior decision makers?
