We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Digital Content Specialist.**

As part of our Customer Digital Experience team, you will create inspirational, engaging and informative digital content and play a vital role in shaping the way our customers perceive and interact with Mitre 10.

**Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, your key functions will include**:

- Creating and maintaining website content in alignment with best practices, design style guides, and search engine optimisation (SEO) rules.
- Coordinating with advertising agencies and marketing partners to produce electronic materials as needed.
- Uploading promotions and catalogue imagery onto the website according to the promotional schedule.
- Collaborating with the digital experience team to develop and optimize web experiences, such as Wayfinding for in-store digital experiences.
- Working with the digital experience product team to inform development backlog items.
- Ensuring alignment of all digital experience content with brand guidelines in collaboration with the marketing team.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A marketing or digital qualification preferred.
- 3 years+ experience in digital or eCommerce
- Enterprise level CMS experience.
- Familiarity with UX design principles to ensure content is accessible and easy to navigate.
- Strong understanding of technology enabled experiences and a curiosity for emerging technology.
- Customer focused, commercially astute and technology enabled.
