**What you’ll do**

- Lead the development and implementation of digital workplace strategies that enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Champion innovation, introducing tools and practices that transform how we work.
- Partner with stakeholders and executives to align digital solutions with business goals.
- Drive change management, training, and adoption to maximise impact.
- Ensure security and compliance across all platforms.

**What you’ll bring**

- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Power Platform.
- Expertise in endpoint management, cloud migrations, and Zero Trust security models.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—you love working with people as much as technology.
- A mindset of continuous learning, innovation, and sharing knowledge.
