Focussed on problem solving and developing tailored solutions and options that are grounded in science and the first principles underpinning agricultural systems, they work with their farming clients to understand where they want to take their business, supporting them to get there, and empowering them to proactively innovate and adapt in a world that is constantly changing.

As a result of AgriMagic's philosophy and approach the opportunity to support their clients with a broader range of relevant solutions developed from a Farmer and Farm Business Perspective (growing business through existing clients) is fuelling growth in what is now a quickly growing and well respected business.

The next step for AgriMagic is to appoint a Product and Business Development Manager who will assist and facilitate growth by bringing structure and shape to new products and services to be offered and build the path to market in terms of the delivery process/framework, positioning and profiling. This could also include assuming the lead in taking new services into the market and to clients.

Given that this role effectively stretches across two associated disciplines your background and proven success will come ideally from a combination of Product Development and business growth generation with the ability to identify and build process and structure. Equally important will be your prior history or at minimum, strong understanding for farm production systems, from first principals and an awareness of regulatory requirements. While holding an eye to the future.

Your natural attributes will be based in, clear communication, strategic positioning, leadership and the ability to maintain strong relationships across stakeholders and in particular at the Farm gate. Working directly with the Managing Director and the team, this is a role with influence and diversity but also one that will have opportunity for growth and reach across the business.
