Envirocon Limited is looking for a passionate and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead growth across Central New Zealand, based out of Tauranga, driving awareness and sales of our innovative concrete sustainability solutions.

Who We're Looking For
You're a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You have a strong network and understanding of the construction, civil, or building materials sector — ideally with experience in retaining walls, bulk storage, or heavy precast products.
Key qualities:
- Proven sales background with at least 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of technical or engineering principles in construction
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Hunter mentality — driven to seek and close new opportunities
- Skilled in CRM use (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Team-oriented and adaptable
Your Role
As Business Development Manager – Central NZ, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and promoting Envirocon's sustainable solutions throughout Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, and surrounding regions.
You will:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and key decision-makers
- Present, promote, and sell Envirocon's products using a consultative approach
- Manage the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to delivery and post-sales follow-up
- Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed CRM records, reports, and forecasts using HubSpot
- Represent Envirocon at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
