Samsung is seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager to grow and manage key accounts across the Consumer Electronics B2B market. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving sales performance, building strong relationships, and delivering Samsung's innovative products and solutions to market.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Manage key partner accounts, defining and delivering growth strategies and KPIs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs and delivering tailored Samsung solutions.
- Conduct training sessions with partner sales and procurement teams to strengthen product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Service, and Solutions to create demand and support delivery.
- Maintain deep understanding of Samsung's product portfolio and competitor offerings.
- Deliver market insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to inform strategy.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers across target industries.
- Support long and complex sales cycles, ensuring consultative engagement and successful execution.
- Provide regular, clear reporting on progress, issues, and opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within consumer electronics, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and meeting (or exceeding) revenue targets.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
