About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll lead our Auckland-based direct channel sales team, driving growth across Enterprise, Education, and Strategic Accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

  • Own high-value opportunities and lead from the front.
  • Build strong C-suite relationships and influence key decision-makers.
  • Set the pace for success and inspire your team to exceed ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives to grow our enterprise customer base
  • Consult with top-tier customers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop retention and expansion strategies for existing strategic accounts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed.

You're a proven sales leader with:

  • A strong track record in enterprise-level strategic sales.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence at C-suite level.
  • Commercial acumen and confidence in complex deal structures.
  • A hands-on approach, comfortable leading from the front and closing big opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing team.

Knowledge of the Print Industry, ICT, SaaS technology sales, is advantageous, but your ability to deliver results and inspire others is what sets you apart.
