Supply Chain Management Coordinator

Samsung Electronics is the world's 5th largest brand, known for driving innovation through cutting-edge technologies and products that enrich lives globally. Based in New Zealand, we are now looking for a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As the SCM Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain. You'll work closely with sales, product, logistics, and HQ teams to manage forecasting, inventory, orders, and shipments across NZ and the Pacific Islands.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to support sales forecasting and planning.
- Manage daily stock allocations and order processes using ERP systems.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries with logistics partners and 3PL providers.
- Oversee stock purchasing and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses.
- Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and report supply risks.
- Support demand planning, product launches, and inter-department SCM needs.
- Track key KPIs and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Attend weekly SCM meetings and ensure timely reporting and communication across teams.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or similar field
- 5+ years' experience in a similar supply chain role.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
