We're Hiring Event Manager (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)

Location: Auckland | Start: Immediately | Full-Time Fixed Term (6 months)

Are you an organised, creative, and confident event professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Event Dynamics is looking for an Event Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover.

In this role, you'll:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end event coordination — from concept to execution
  • Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, venues, and our talented team
  • Manage event logistics including registration, travel, and on-site delivery
  • Contribute to creative event design and promotional activities
  • Use your strong communication and software skills to keep every detail on track
