About The Role
As an
Events Manager
you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of internal and external brand experiences and events that bring our marketing and sales strategies to life — showcasing how our customers can live their healthiest lives.

You'll own the full events, sponsorship, and experiential program from strategy through to execution, ensuring every initiative reflects our brand, resonates with our audiences, and supports our business goals.

Key Accountabilities Include

  • Strategic leadership: Own and manage the events and experiential portfolio, delivering memorable experiences that drive engagement and differentiation across customer, business, and provider segments.
  • Operational excellence: Plan and execute events end-to-end — from concept and logistics to vendor management and on-site delivery — ensuring they're on time, on budget, and high quality.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, Legal, PR, and Brand to ensure collaboration, compliance, and impact.
  • Innovation & improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, explore new opportunities, and continuously improve processes to enhance event outcomes and efficiency.

About You

  • Relevant business qualifications or equivalent marketing and events experience.
  • Proven success managing diverse event portfolios in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Experience managing agency, supplier, and partner relationships.
  • Creative flair with a sharp focus on delivering exceptional brand experiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles or flexible, adaptive ways of working.
  • Experience with EventsAIR software is a bonus.
