*The Role*
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Events Manager to join our team based in the heart of our venues in Britomart. This is an integral role, where you'll be delivering and implementing marketing campaigns and events to drive sales performance and venues awareness. It's a diverse role working within one of Auckland's most reputable Hospitality groups and venues.

In this role you will be responsible for

  • Leading the day to day marketing activities and implement targeted marketing campaigns
  • Manage and support creation of engaging content across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity
  • Manage and promote venue-specific and group-wide events, such as Savor Food Festival, Melbourne Cup, and Christmas activations
  • Develop marketing initiatives and partnerships to enhance visibility and guest experience
  • Coordinate PR activations, influencer collaborations, and local business partnerships
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, Operations and other key support office functions, as well as ensuring great stakeholder relations with all of our Venue Managers and Head Chefs

*What we're looking for*

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing Manager role in Hospitality, Events or Retail industries, or other fast paced environments
  • Experience in managing multiple brands is ideal
  • Strong and proven expertise in digital marketing including direct marketing tools and channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced commercial environment, managing multiple tasks and reacting to changing priorities
