We're looking for a strategic and influential leader to take charge of Apata's Grower Services, Orchard Operations, and Technical Services teams. This is a senior executive role where you'll shape the future of orchard performance and client experience, driving innovation and strengthening Apata's position as the partner of choice.

What you'll do

  • Lead strategy for Grower Services, ApataGROW, and Technical Services aligned with Apata's long-term objectives.
  • Champion innovation and technical excellence to deliver World Class Orchards.
  • Build strong grower relationships and ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Influence industry engagement and future orchard development initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years' experience in horticulture, agribusiness, or related industry, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven success in orchard management.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of kiwifruit industry standards and technical practices.
  • Tertiary qualification in horticulture, agribusiness, or related field preferred.
