**Your opportunity to join us **at Waitoa (Just outside of Morrinsville)
As the Site Facilities Manager your role is focused on supporting the wider maintenance function of our manufacturing site. From organising building WOF requirements, through to managing the facilities budget and following through on procurement needs you are someone who thrives on a challenge and who embraces the idea that no two days are ever the same Though quick to respond to changes in the everyday, you will be someone who lives in the detail and the ins and outs of effective time management and planning.
Reporting directly to the Site Maintenance Manager this role is integral in the maintaining and running of the site and its facilities.***
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Control the procurement process from the initial quote, order raising and receipting,
- Maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory,
- Be responsible for maintaining and controlling the allocated budget,
- Overall management of site facilities maintenance including Building WOF requirements,
- Contractor management and the permit to work system.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a focus on continuous improvement to utilise their skill set to create and maintain an effective purchasing and facilities maintenance system that works in the best interests of the wider site stakeholders.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Two (2) years previous experience in a related position
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
