We are looking for a legendary project administrator to join the team. There are many ongoing and exciting projects developing the existing facilities and the supporting infrastructure, and this role will play a key part in the coordination of these projects. The environment is fast-paced, and the work will be varied.

You will need to be resourceful and flexible, able to think on your feet and draw on your previous experience to problem solve.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure sound administrative processes are in place
- Deliver project and resource scheduling support
- Ensure robust, auditable systems are in place, documenting key decisions throughout the lifecycle of a project, including procurement, achievement of and payment against milestones, and post project review and commissioning
- Support project management reporting requirements
- Coordinate meetings, take notes/action points, prepare agendas

To be successful you will need the following:

- Experience in an administration, project or programme coordinator role
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, and effectively track progress against work programmes
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be intuitive and inquiring with a willingness to learn new tasks, acquiring new skills and knowledge
