**_The Opportunity;_**

We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our national team**_. _**You would be joining an established team that takes pride in their open and honest approachable way of doing HR

You will report to the Director of People, Safety and Culture and provide strategic and tactical HR solutions to our businesses' needs. You'll be a great support to our Executive and Operations teams in achieving our business objectives throguh enhancing capabilty.

Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country. We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies’ history as we gear up for growth, decarbonisation of our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.

**_ About You;_**

You’re a HR professional that has experience with IR/ER, remuneration, organisational change and workforce planning & resourcing. You're capable and can provide evidence of your experience leading projects and inititives within the HR realm. You're well versed in supporting managers with disciplinary and ER issues and you have experience with Unions and collective bargaining.

You pride yourself on your eye for detail, juggling priorities and your time management skills. You're great at upholding confidentiality and understand the importance of being discrete and creating a culture of accountability and trust within an organisation.

You’re a great team player and can communicate with a variety of people and groups in a manner that is concise and easy to understand. You take health and safety seriously and are an advocate for it’s importance.

- HR Qualification
- A proven record operating in an HR role in a fast moving environment
- Self-starter & proven ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discrete & trustworthy
- Strong communicator & able to build & maintain relationships
- Experience in change management & HR disciplines
- Interest in public transport
- Health and safety savvy
