We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional HR Business Partner to create value for our internal customers by providing HR advice, guidance, and people insights across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Our People & Culture team ensures that our people have the tools, capabilities, physical environment and culture they need to be their best. You will be joining a high-performing team and we pride ourselves on being very supportive, collaborative and kind. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives working in an ever changing environment and who has considerable experience working with a diverse workforce and has the ability to effectively engage and manage expectations of leaders in a complex and fast paced environment.

**What will I be doing?**
- Providing sound practical and forward thinking HR advice and guidance to People Leaders
- Coaching Managers on disciplinary and performance management processes
- Creating strong relationships within the business across the Support Operations and Hotel's portfolio
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives
- Work closely with centre of expertise divisions across the wider People & Culture team

**What **you'll need to succeed in this role?**
- A relevant HR degree (preferable) and 5+ years' HR experience in a large, fast paced environment
- Continuous improvement and customer-focused mindset
- Resilience and the ability to think and act at pace
- Experience running performance management and disciplinary processes
- Experience in change processes
- Experience of building and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of the business
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
