This highly successful, NZ owned business are constantly growing and evolving. The HR team are looking for a new HR Business Partner to join them - a rare opportunity given the fantastic tenure of the team

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**
Reporting to the head of HR and as part of a medium sized HR team, this is a broad HR partnering role with plenty of variety. You’ll be partnering with your client group, who are based at sites around NZ, supporting managers to lead their teams and reach great outcomes. The capability of the managers in your portfolio has developed significantly over the past few years, and so there’s an appetite for genuine HR partnering. As your client group are multi-site around NZ, there will be travel from time to time to site, as well as plenty of remote support. There is also project work on the go, including the roll out and embedding of their new HRIS.

**Skills and experience you’ll bring**
Able to have a laugh and not someone to take yourself too seriously, you have a track record of delivering high quality HR support. You’re an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner looking for a sidestep into a new challenge. You understand what it means to partner with your client group and have solid experience across the HR generalist remit. Strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will also be keys to your success. Ideally, you’ve worked with down to earth, operational workforces in the past and you may also bring job sizing experience.
