We are looking for HR Business Partner to join our client on a 9 month maternity leave cover. You will need to be well versed in all facets of HR operational procedures, including a background in ER and able to confidently support the business on internal processes.

You will need to have a strong track record demonstrating the ability to build strong relationship with your stakeholders and confidently provide HR advice to your people. Written and verbal communication is key, including the ability to document the details and outcome of internal processes accurately and concisely. **Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing end to end HR Process across all areas
- Answering HR general enquiries from managers and people leaders
- Managing and leading ER processes & investigations
- Supporting and partnering with managers across your portfolio of business units
- Ability to work as a dynamic individual who is ready to get stuck into all facets of HR challenges presented

**In addition to the above you will have**:

- Personable, hardworking and flexible attitude
- 3-5 years in a HR role managing end to end HR/ER processes
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in dealing with people
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Strong MS office skills
