Wellington City, New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation Full time

**About the role**:
We’re looking for a passionate Advisor (Organisational Development) to join us in building ACC’s capability in three key areas; leadership, culture and engagement. You will develop and deliver initiatives which enhance our culture, and align with our strategy. You will assess how we promote and drive engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement, and design, research, and develop initiatives. We’re looking for someone with an understanding of research practices and knowledge of Organisational Development processes. You will be able to take research, condense it, understand its practical utility and when/how it can be applied. You will also be able to analyse organisational needs and work with others to design and develop initiatives to meet these needs.

You will have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience developing and implementing organisational interventions
- Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary organisation and capability development practices and tools
- A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or other related discipline
- Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage tight deadlines

**What’s in it for me?**

We offer a high degree of autonomy to approach work in the way that suits you. We operate in an environment where there is rich discussion and debate. Above all else you’ll be joining a fun team, working on significant projects that contribute to the success of ACC now and into the future.
