**About the role**

The Advisor Organisation Development (OD) is part of the OD team which sits in the People Group| Pūmanawa Tangata. Together, we work as an enabler, partner and key support to the business. This role assists the OD team in providing targeted advice, support, and guidance to our people across the organisation. The team works on a wide range of initiatives related to culture, values, engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, hybrid working, rewards and recognition, and policy reviews.

**What you’ll bring**
- The ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in researching, design, and development of People initiatives.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- Proficiency in supporting the development of strategies, policies and initiatives across the Authority.
