Te tūnga | The role

This role is a permanent position in the Organisational Development and Capability team (ODPC). You'll work alongside individuals that specialise in leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning and Development and Māori Crown Relations Capability, all working together to ensure our talent can flourish.

Reporting to and supported by the Senior Manager ODPC, your main focus will be to devise and lead Organisational Development projects, tied closely to our leadership & culture transformational goals - having the best leadership team in public service and an org culture that enables our people to flourish. We've got the key programmes of work waiting for you, but we need your leadership, your technical knowledge and your ideas to embed key frameworks, concepts and ideas into a busy but open to change business.

You will have people management responsibility for two advisors and one Senior Advisor, all passionate, super engaged and an absolute pleasure to work with.
