The People and Capability team are looking for an Advisor Organisational Development (OD) to help shape the future of the New Zealand Intelligence Community (IC).
About the role
Joining our team of two other OD Advisors, and reporting to the Senior Advisor OD you'll be working with our amazing workforce to design, develop and deliver organisation-wide people solutions that build our capability and contribute to a great employee experience. With a strong focus on diversity & inclusion, management capability, leadership and performance development the team supports our agencies mission with organisational development expertise from scope through to implementation.
What you'll bring
You might be just starting or early into your OD career, but you'll be a great communicator, have passion for user-centric design and the employee experience. You'll use collaborative, creative approaches to help unpack OD issues, develop recommendations and implement great solutions to support our people. You'll be committed developing your skills and experience, and to building great networks to enhance your practice. In addition, you'll bring:
- demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Org Psych, Change or Communications roles
- creative thinking and determination to solve complex problems
- excellent organisation and time management skills
- a confident communication style with excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- commitment to the employee experience and a passion for supporting others to be their best
- a great sense of humour.

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
