Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Reporting into the Transitional Manager and working alongside our Change Managers and Training Managers. This role is needing someone who will help be the glue that holds the team together.
You will be responsible for change and communications support services across our FPIM programme. You will provide support as required on projects, communications, engagement collateral and coordination, such as organising training days and pulling together presentations.
This is a 6-month contractor role

Mōu | About you
You don't need a change or communications background, but you might have an interest in these areas. You might have previously worked as a project coordinator, programme coordinator or EA type position, where you have been exposed to working on a wide range of activities.

**You will have**:

- Excellent powerpoint, excel and word
- Strong administration experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
