To help us on our journey we are seeking a Communications & Consultation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

Reporting to the Media Manager, this is a key role that provides support to the media and consultation teams.

This is a varied and busy role and will include offering support in administration activities, including financial, event delivery, consultation & community drop-in sessions.

A busy and varied role with exposure of working across the wider team.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a busy administration, coordination or events-based role. You will pride yourself on your can-do attitude, working well in a team and keen to learn on the job.

You will need to be an organisation ninja, efficient and have high attention to detail, as well as a great communicator

We are looking for someone with an awesome attitude, inquisitive mindset and the ability to work as part of a close-knit and high performing team
