Delivery Director

Christmas has come early for a customer-centric human to join our team of Delivery enthusiasts We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director/Manager who brings extensive experience working with clients and delivery teams to lead the overall delivery experience our clients have with Silverstripe. This role is based in Wellington with flexible and remote working available.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be empowered to lead the overall delivery experience while overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients, working closely with our Sales team. You will have the opportunity to coach, mentor, develop and align our delivery teams to deliver high value outcomes for our clients. We are very proud to have built long term relationships with our clients and are looking for people who can do the same

**Requirements**:
**What will I be doing?**
- Assisting our Delivery Leads in the management of project timelines, communications and cross team deliverables to ensure projects are managed effectively
- Collaborating with our Sales team to identify, cultivate and support the closure of new and existing opportunities
- Writing and contributing to proposals, RFPs and the creation of Statements of Work
- Liaising with the Sales team and Delivery Leads to raise overall client satisfaction
- Championing our Strategy and Design services with clients, proactive mindset looking for opportunities to offer and deliver additional services
- Facilitating workshops for our clients to aid in the creation of roadmaps.

**What will I need to be successful?**
- 5+ years experience in project management, dealing with complex projects
- Experience working in agency or vendor environments
- Practical experience leading projects with Agile methodologies
- Ability to provide project governance on strategic accounts
- Knowledge of technology tools for planning and testing, including JIRA.
- Experience in IT or ICT (technology/Digital) service industry (_highly desirable_)
