Are you a seasoned operations expert in the world of large-scale events, an innovation catalyst, and a leader who ignites excellence? The New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) is on a mission to redefine the art of hosting events in New Zealand, and we're looking for a Director of Event Delivery who will orchestrate a seamless pre-opening and front-of-house experience for our clients and guests.

In this role, no two days will be the same as you and your team partner with our clients to execute impactful conferences, gala dinners that leave guests breathless, world class concerts, and many other exciting events that will contribute to our estimated 500+ events each year.

As the Director of Event Delivery, you'll have the privilege to build your own team from the ground up. A team who are focused on and motivated by excellence, innovation and driving world class customer experiences in into every facet of our front of house operations.

You are someone who:

- Is laser focused on operational excellence and who's meticulous planning and execution will ensure smooth operations, impeccable service that exceeds expectations and a team that operates at optimum levels to achieve EBITDA targets.
- Will infuse a spirit of innovation and sustainability practices into our operations, challenge norms and embrace new possibilities that elevate our client and attendee experiences.
- Showcases inspirational leadership, motivating our team to excel, fostering a culture of innovation, and nurturing the next generation of operational leaders.
