Te Tāhū o te Ture | The Ministry of Justice is searching for a superstar Executive Assistant to join our vibrant team and support the General Manager, Communication Services. You will manage the General Manager's diary and inbox, provide excellent admin support to the Communications Services team, help organise meetings, events and book travel and accommodation.
In addition, you will have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, manage sensitive information and be able to prioritise tasks to meet the General Manager's deadlines.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- Strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks to manage competing priorities
- The ability to stay calm in a dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of administrative processes, systems and technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the personal maturity to manage a range of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Have an understanding and appreciation of cultural issues and concerns in particular Tikanga Māori.
