Permanent, Part-time

48 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE)

We have a fabulous opportunity for a compassionate person to join us as an Administration Coordinator, based in our Anaesthetic Department. Your main responsibility is to provide accurate and efficient administration duties while providing professional support to both external and internal customers.

You will need to be self-motivated and results driven as well as enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have a passion for making a difference, achieving results, and be hungry for a challenge. Naturally, you will be able to recognise the needs, aims, and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community.

We are ideally looking for someone with several years of experience in a busy administrative role, ideally in healthcare. It’s essential that you are able to deal sensitively and confidentially with all information and have a strong attention to detail. Experience with Excel is a must.

We are seeking someone who is available for work 4 days per week - Monday - Thursday. Work hours will be agreed with the successful applicant. You will be working with a colleague and if you are flexible to increase your hours to cover leave absences then that would be a real plus.
