Permanent, Part-time

80 hours per fortnight (1 FTE)

Over the past few years our Perioperative Unit has been undergoing an exciting transformation. We now have a new PACU, DOSA, an upgrade to our Sterile Services and a new Operating Theatre which will open next month.

This means we now have multiple opportunities across the unit to support the health requirements of the Hawkes Bay community.

In Hawke’s Bay, we offer exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties, including Vascular, complex Laparoscopic and Orthopaedic surgeries. Our acute Theatre runs 24/7 and we have an Orthopaedic Trauma Theatre which runs 6 days out of 7. We cover all secondary public hospital specialties and perform on average 12,000 procedures per annum.

We are now looking for the following position: Perioperative Administration Coordinator, to join our team.

Please note this position requires you to have experience within the health system.
