Revenue Planning Manager

**Your Impact**
The Revenue Planning Manager will be the primary contact for sales and category marketing. It is responsible for the buildup, delivery & course correction of the annual category and commercial plan by maximizing category objectivity & joint value creation for Asahi /Retailers.
You will own the cross-functional alignment and execution of category plans, delivering against the budgets & resources to achieve the sales plan, in conjunction with the Sales and Category Marketing team, Finance and Demand planning.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Active participant in planning and alignment sessions with Sales team to deliver optimized point of purchase strategies in line with annual budgets and customer expectations
- Coordinate Financial build across Internal Business Process (IBP) horizons by category
- Lead the adjustment of plans as needed to hit overall objectives
- Support in year pricing and promotional plans across Commercial & Revenue Management teams.
- Input into development and alignment of best in class activation plans for NPD and big bets with sales & marketing

We are looking for an individual with an ability to support, lead and persuade key stakeholders at all levels. A highly organised professional that takes pride in owning and governing processes.
- Experience within Sales or Marketing in the FMCG industry
- Category Development experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated commercial activity planning and tracking
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized and accountable
