The Integrity team ensures proper management and resolution of the integrity and conduct risks and issues that can undermine Inland Revenue’s reputation, the integrity of the tax system and public perception of that integrity. We provide confidential options for our people to safely report integrity and conduct issues and to obtain confidential advice and support on integrity matters.

The team consists of the Domain Lead, 3 x Senior Advisors and a Business Process Analyst / Advisor.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
As a Business Process Analyst / Advisor, you will be a team player who gets a kick out of helping our internal customers and supporting the business with systems and processes that enable self-service.

In this varied role you will:

- Provide services, support, solutions, and advice in our business process area
- Develop, maintain, and improve systems and processes, and leverage opportunities for efficiency within our business process area and across IR
- Use intelligence and information to understand the customer’s situation, improve customer experience, and build capability
- Support information management systems and information sharing practices to ensure accurate and up to date content and inform quality decision making
- Champion self-service ways of working
- Work in a networked way across IR using insights gained to develop solutions for customers
- Create and monitor reports in Power Bi, identifying trends
- Review and rewrite policy

**Mōu | About you**To be successful in this position you will possess some of the following attributes:

- Knowledge and experience of working in Office 365 apps, particularly SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Bi and/or an ability to learn quickly and self-teach
- Ability to analyse data and present it in a meaningful way
- Ability and willingness to research and learn independently to find ways to improve the teams’ ways of working
- Degree qualification (ideally postgraduate) or experience with independent researching and learning
- Tech savvy, ability to provide tech support to the team
