**Mō te roopu | About the Customer & Compliance Service - Planning Design & Delivery Team CCS-PDD)**

Our Planning Design and Delivery (PDD) area is a shared centralised service, with the purpose of optimising, business outcomes, customer experience and the effectiveness and efficiency of Inland revenues operations. We work alongside our key business partners across Customer & Compliance Services (CCS) and IR, to understand our work and change program, enabling consistent planning and prioritisation of our work. Managing the design and implementing all changes to IR core tax and social policy systems and related business processes.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

The Digital Solutions function sits within the Process Analysis team (Planning Design and Delivery (PD&D). We are set up to develop new or existing digital solutions for the business with a view to improving processes.

These solutions work with the existing products available to IR (usually utilising Office365 products like PowerApps and Power Automate).

The solutions generally fall into three categories:

- Optimising and automating processes
- Creating new or enhancing existing, digital solutions
- Creating, updating or automating reporting

Specifically in this role you will:

- Build new relationships with stakeholders to identify problems and determine requirements.
- Automate processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create reports/dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Participate within IRs Power Platform Community of Practise.
- Work collaboratively within the team and with the business.

**Mōu | About you**

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Experience in designing, planning, developing/coding and integrating digital solutions, ideally with Microsoft PowerApps and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Proactive with the ability to work independently/autonomously/self-motivated.
- Comfortable building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Problem solver and outcome/ customer focussed
