**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a People Systems Administrator to come join our People and Culture team. You’ll be working closely with the Talent and Development Manager to support the learning function and play a key role in improving processes and systems to help us build capabilities across the organisation. You will be our back-end admin and reporting expert on several people experience platforms such as our learning management system (Success Factors), our learning and leadership technologies (Chameleon Creator and Mursion) and our employee engagement tool (Joyous). You’ll also review and implement new processes for continuous improvement and run campaigns to increase usage and engagement on our platforms.

- Problem solving, be able to unpick systems to understand how they work
- You’re pragmatic and move at pace when pace is needed
- Motivation, you have a strong delivery focus and an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, you’re a team player
- Previous experience managing Learning Management systems
