A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team. The current incumbent is heading off on parental leave for 12 months so this is a fixed term role.

The position reports to our GM Employee Services sitting in the People and Culture team and provides analysis that gives insight and understanding of the use of labour covering our front-line workers and business performance along with insight and guidance of opportunities to utilise the workforce more effectively.

Interpreting daily weekly and monthly labour reporting and offering recommendations, guidance and insight on labour management across the business. This includes working directly with operational areas to provide understanding or take advantage of any opportunities to more effectively utilise labour.

If you have a tertiary qualification (ideally Maths or Stats based), at least 2 years of general analytical experience, excellent systems knowledge (ideally Power BI), strong Excel, strong communication and customer focus we would like to hear from you.
