**About the role**

In this role, you will be developing and producing insightful workforce data analytics and visualisation, reporting and business intelligence. You will be working with HR Technologies such as Technology One, ServiceNow and SnapHire. Your focus will be on building our capability via BI reporting and system reports and you will use data to inform and guide Managers and Senior Management in their strategic decisions. The complexity of our environment will expose you to unique opportunities and challenges

**Skills and Experience**

Ideally, you'll have proven experience as a BI Analyst. You are someone that enjoys analysis, solving problems, working with data and you appreciate and get satisfaction from well-written, high-quality software that delivers value to our business operations.
- Advanced Excel skills essential and proven using SQL
- Experience in workforce planning and human resources analytics
- Experience in interrogating data and telling the story in a compelling way
- Experience using reporting engines and tools and working with an ERP system
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge assumptions and bring clarity to issues through data
