**The Opportunity**
Join KiwiRail’s Workforce Analytics team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce. As a Workforce Analyst, you'll use your passion for data to deliver insights that inform strategic HR decision-making. Your work will highlight key workforce metrics, trends, and visualisations to empower leaders across the organisation.
**What You'll Do**
- Produce accurate and timely workforce data reports, including monthly and quarterly summaries.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide actionable insights to improve organisational outcomes.
- Develop engaging dashboards and visual tools to simplify complex data.
- Support special projects, benchmarking, and forecasting to guide workforce planning.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
**What **You’ll Bring**
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., advanced functions such as macros, power pivot, power query, VBA
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or a willingness to learn.
- A strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to present data and insights clearly.
- The ability to collaborate in a team environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A strong customer centric approach to delivering services and supporting the wider business.
