Who are we looking for?

Are you someone who thrives on interrogating data, digging deep and questioning results to find out the why?

As a Senior HR Data Analyst in our Global People Operations team, you'll play a central role in transforming HR operations. From ensuring data integrity and building insightful dashboards to supporting strategic workforce planning, your work will directly shape business decisions and elevate the employee experience. In this diverse role you will:

  • Help support the strategic transformation of our analytics capabilities and platforms.
  • Design and implement predictive models for workforce trends (e.g., attrition, succession). 
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into strategic insights. 
  • Lead cross-functional analytics projects to support workforce planning. 
  • Develop and maintain data models and dashboards in Power BI for executive reporting. 
  • Ensure data governance and alignment with organizational priorities. 
  • Work to mentor and lead a high performing team

What would you bring to the team? 

  • Ideally Degree qualified in Data Science, Economics, or Organisational Psychology with 5-7 years' experience in strategic HR analytics or workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in predictive modeling and data storytelling. 
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across HR and Finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms and statistical modeling. 
  • A passion for data visualisation and a strong sense to achieve business outcomes.

The successful applicant requires to work in one of our GHD offices throughout Australia or New Zealand, ideally the East Coast of Australia.
