This role will work regionally to support our Workforce Operations team day to day, while also providing a unique opportunity to support our leadership team and senior stakeholders in decision making and planning the future direction of our workforce. You will be a critical team member while delivering the core day to day activities including;
- focusing on data quality
- compliance and reporting
- enhancing our capability and capacity to utilise information, and
- driving regional workforce planning and forecasting

You will have:

- infectious curiosity and the ability to derive insights and trends from the data you work with
- willingness to leave no stone unturned in your quest for data, facts and insights.
- intuitive, thoughtful and reflective approach
- ability to clearly articulate the story behind the data, and an ability to share the knowledge and suggest where it may lead us.

Your technical & functional expertise should include:

- technical skills, preferably SQL Server analysis, BI tools (Qlik) and VBA
- advanced excel and business/financial modelling
- data management and statistical skills

Data will be your buzz. You will be able to tell the story, seeing the picture and influencing decision making for the future.
