We are looking for a part-time Admin/Operations Support person for our office in Rotorua.

Our Auckland team is looking for a fast, organised, and detailed
**Administrator/Operations Support Person **to manage all administration responsibilities for a dedicated branch within the Auckland Division of OCS, as well as provide administrative support where needed across the branches. Ideally you will be computer savvy and have excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities include but will not be limited to**:
- To provide professional and efficient Operations Support. To carry out Support functions
that ensure a proactive, customer-orientated service - supporting Tauranga office to
maintain positive outcomes for the growth of the Company.
- Assisting with Hazard Identification Register, updating, ensuring it is regularly updated
- in conjunction with Management.
- Assist Managers as required to ensure successful operation management, as directed
and required.
- To input data on Customer/Quality audits, as directed - ensuring all audits and
quality systems are completed in line with quality systems. Including stock take as
required to ensure efficiency.
