Additional key responsibilities below: - Effectively manage the process of all Inbound & Outbound LCL freight - Assisting Walk in Customers-Depot Collects/Cash Sale/General Enquiries - Dispatching of the LCL & Parcel freight from Ontime - Remeasuring Freight to capture under declaration from sending customers. - Tracking & reconciliation of Hire Equipment, working with the drivers to retrieve pallets. - Forklift Operation throughout the day where required. Taking ownership of the day to day running of the Operations floor. Ensuring the best utilisation of OD Truck/Trailers & Company Truck **Your Skills - ō pūkenga** We are looking for an exceptional communicator and someone that is proactive, inquisitive and outcome focused. Additionally, you will have: - Experience in Transport Industry or Office Administration over 3 years - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Advanced Level - Qualification in relevant field of business/supply chain - To be someone that puts customers at the heart of what they do.
