Operations Support

The role
- Team Global Express are seeking to hire an Operations Support person to join their Rotorua team. This role will be responsible for co-ordinating all problematic freight that has been returned to the depot for further investigation._
- Furthermore, this role will involve communicating with both internal and external customers on a daily basis, ensuring that the relationship between the customer and the business is maintained. This includes, ensuring customers are informed and any issues are resolved in a timely manner._
- To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in operations/customer service management and ideally you will have a qualification in supply chain management or operations._

Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing customer relationships
- Providing accurate information to customers in a timely manner
- Investigating and addressing freight returns
- Effectively coordinating with team members
- Resolution of customer enquiries, complaints & consignment issues

Skills and Experience
- Customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- A qualification in supply chain management or operations is preferred
- Experience in operations/customer service management
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
