Our client, Total Hydraulic Solutions Limited is proud to be locally owned and operated company, with a strong brand, and dynamic team that is driven to succeed. Proudly serving the Rotorua and Eastern Bay of Plenty region for the past 15 years, they are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, well organised administrator to join their team. This is a full-time weekday position, with rostered hours falling between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

**This role provides plenty of variety, which includes**:

- Provide general administration support, including preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
- Vehicle, fleet and building maintenance
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Debt collection
- Assist with stocktakes and stock reconciliations
- Assist with organisation of team functions, meetings, and annual health checks
- Be the first point of contact for administration enquiries and issues
- Updating databases and records
- Order stationery and staffroom consumables
- Provide backup support to cover leave taken by team members

**What do we need from you?**
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong accounts, bookkeeping and file management knowledge
- Be extremely well organised and methodical, with excellent time management and a detailed approach to work
- Have good general administration knowledge and experience across the board
- Be great with numbers, have high attention to detail and be able to identify and fix errors quickly
- Be confidential, personable, positive, friendly and a team player
- Knowledge using Accredo is advantageous but not essential
