Our client, Total Hydraulic Solutions Limited is proud to be locally owned and operated company, with a strong brand, and dynamic team that is driven to succeed. Proudly serving the Rotorua, Taupo and Eastern Bay of Plenty region for the past 15 years, this company is growing. Reporting to the Administration Manager, they are looking for a well organised Payroll and HR Administrator to join their team. With a high focus on accuracy and accountability, this is a six-month fixed term, part-time position of approximately 25 hours per week. There is some flexibility surrounding the days and hours worked.

**This role provides plenty of variety, which includes**:

- Payroll preparation and monthly IR filing
- Human resource support, including onboarding and exiting of employees
- Health and Safety support and administration, attend meetings and minute taking
- Database management
- Provide general administration support, including cover for leave

**What do we need from you?**
- A background in payroll and HR administration support
- Health and safety administration experience and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised and methodical, with excellent time management and a detailed approach to work
- Good general administration knowledge and experience across the board
- A confidential, personable, positive, friendly person who is a team player
- Knowledge using Accredo is advantageous but not essential
