**Unitec /Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT)** **Embrace an Exciting Phase of Change with Us** We are seeking a People and Culture (PC) Administrator with at least 12 months experience to join our team providing HR services across Tāmaki Makaurau. This full-time (37.5 hours), permanent position supports both Unitec and the Manukau Institute of Technology. You will deliver comprehensive, timely and efficient administrative support to our People and Culture teams, managers and kaimahi maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach. **Key Responsibilities**: - ** First Level HR Services Queries and Information Requests**:Monitor the inbox and handle or allocate requests received promptly and accurately. - ** HR Systems Support**:Enter contracts and variations accurately into our HRIS system. Assist managers and kaimahi with HR systems, including Self Service Peoplesoft and AskHR. - ** HR Administration**: Provide accurate HR administration support as required, including variations of agreement, periodic safety checks, and maintaining staff electronic files. - ** Recruitment Support**: Prepare and issue employment offer letters and contracts. - ** Process Improvements**: Assist in reviewing and enhancing systems and processes to improve service delivery. - ** Projects**: Actively participate in and support various People and Culture initiatives. **He kōrero mōu: About you** You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and dedicated to supporting people while fostering a positive workplace culture.
