- Central Newmarket location, close to public transport
- 80% recruitment support, 20% HR admin
Are you available immediately and experienced in recruitment or HR administration?
Whilst we recruit for our permanent person, we are looking for some interim support for the wider business. This will involve but not be limited to the following tasks.
- Ensure applicants are kept informed throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and follow up references, final checks
- Organise onboarding process and new employee details
- Arrange and book Interviews
- Post advertisements on the website, Seek and other media
- Arrange onboarding and induction meetings for new starters
You know you’re right for this role if you’re
- Experienced administrator (ideally in HR or recruitment)
- Able to organise a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with manual processesand following up with senior leaders
- Accurate and detail focussed
