As a key member of the People & Capability team at Restaurant Brands, the Recruitment Administrator role is integral to the success of our recruitment function. The recruitment team is responsible for managing the recruitment process across the company. We recruit almost 500 people per month to work in over 140 stores throughout NZ, across all 4 brands (KFC, Taco Bell, Carl's Jr and Pizza Hut) and for the Restaurant Brands head office. This is a fast paced, high volume recruitment team of 10.

**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for all correspondence in the Recruitment Inbox
- Processing of new and existing employees in our Applicant Tracking System
- Liaise with Payroll and Stores to ensure new employees are set up and able to start as scheduled for their agreed start date (as stated in the employment agreement)
- Responsible for ensuring Union processes are followed and adhered to.
- Opening new roles in our ATS
- Prepare offer documentation as appropriate and in line with Individual or Collective Agreements with correct Job Descriptions
- Launch Onboarding and manage the completion of correct forms and policies before hiring
- Complete Hiring process in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure the correct feed of data into the payroll system for the setup of new employees
- Responsible for ensuring all information is up to date and current in the Applicant Tracking System and in line with policy and legislation and best practice guidelines

**What do we need from you?**
- High attention to detail is essential for this role
- Previous administration experience required
- The ability to deal with competing demands from across the business yet stay calm and still have fun
- Experience with recruitment ATS systems and Payroll systems would be beneficial
- Experience in recruitment administration is helpful but not essential
