You’ll be part of a diverse team of very supportive colleagues that laugh a lot and enjoy a good deal of office banter within the focus of delivering health workers to our leading health care services.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Liaising with Nurse Directors, NETP coordinators and the wider senior nursing team to ensure a smooth hiring process of the New Graduate Nurses
- Booking interviews and coordinating others to assist as required
- Collaborating/supporting HR advisors to prepare offer letters
- Collaborating/supporting senior recruiters with their busy portfolios
- Presenting at universities to promote Te Toka Tumai and the Nursing programme

To ensure success in this role, you will have the following skills & attributes:

- strong administration and computer skills (Intermediate MS excel skills is advantageous)
- ability to meet deadlines, and work with high volumes in a fast-paced environment
- mature outlook, able to work independently and use your initiative
- ability to prioritise important tasks
- well developed relationship building and inter-personal skills

Previous experience in recruitment and/or using Taleo recruitment technology would be an advantage but is not essential.
