Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
This is a rewarding role where you will make a direct contribution towards supporting the health care workforce. You will be part of a diverse team of supportive colleagues that will help you to upskill and grow in your role.
**Your responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Providing first line of support to managers on end to end recruitment processes and the online recruitment tool
- Booking interviews and coordinating others to assist as required
- General administrative tasks not exclusively focused on recruitment

To ensure success in this role, you will have the following skills & attributes:
- strong administration and computer skills (Intermediate MS excel skills is advantageous)
- ability to meet deadlines, and work with high volumes in a fast-paced environment
- mature outlook, able to work independently and use your initiative
- ability to prioritise important tasks
- well developed relationship building and inter-personal skills
Previous experience in recruitment and/or using Taleo recruitment technology would be an advantage but is not essential.
